Susan, What a lovely site you have there. I enjoyed my visit and actually got a few ideas from it on how to help with my granddaughters school site. *smiles. They requested my help, but not being familiar with how schools did things, I did not have any idea on what to recommend or do. Your site is very user friendly, which is great, and the graphics were excellent. Colors went very well and links were in good order. You have done a very good job! Please accept the award you have requested with my compliments and respect for a well done website. Also, I would like to give you another award, of your choice, for the caring and concern about children which was so well exhibited in your work. A warm congratulations as our latest Winner and welcome to Nancy Carol's House of Awards Winners Circle! *Best wishes, Nancy Carol October 20, 2002 |

Your various
websites are indeed a tribute in themselves, not only to the tragedy
of September 11th 2001, but to your willingness to go the "one
step further" which distinguishes a good teacher from a regular
one.......
Both my Wife and myself
are involved as our "proper" job in education and young
people, although slightly older than second grade in my own case.. and
also usually in the children my wife has contact with......we applaud
anything that gives the children more insight whilst at the same time
giving them something different to the "norm" in respect of
curriculum content and delivery.
New York City is
particularly a favorite of ours, we live in the Northern part of
Maryland and visit as often as we can, we are only about a three hour
drive south of Manhattan.
Hi Susan,
I am the other half of Trevor and Jeanne's website :) I just had to write and let you know that I very much enjoyed your website!! It is so inspirational and educational. I have forwarded the website to the principals at the Wisconsin School for the Deaf and the Maryland School for the Deaf asking them to share it with their teachers who will, hopefully, share it with their students. Congratulations on a job well done!! Jeanne Evans (August 29, 2002)
